Question

Is there a way to get project notes/memos to show on the project dashboard? It would be helpful to see all the projects/notes in one place without checking each one.

Hello, @JustJen.

The Projects feature in QuickBooks Online allows customers to organized and track all the moving parts. You can add project income and expense, run project-specific reports from a single dashboard, and tag old transactions to new projects.

The option of being able to display the project notes/memos on the Project dashboard is currently unavailable. At this time, you have to open each project's information to view the notes added.

  1. Click on Projects at the left pane, then look for the project added from the list and click Edit this project under Actions.
  2. Look for the information from the Notes field.

I understand the importance of being able to see the notes in one place for you and other business users as well.
