Sure! Let's click the Magnifying icon at the top-right section of the Dashboard. Then, enter the customer's phone number on the search field. Make sure it matches with what you've entered on the client's profile.
You can also find them on the Customer's List search field. Here's how:
Go to the Sales menu, then select the Customers tab.
On the Find box, enter the client's phone number.
Click the name on the result.
I've also got you an article with the detailed steps on how to locate transactions and names in QBO: Search for transactions.
I also recommend checking out our QuickBooks Articles hub in case you'll need some easy steps in managing invoices and payments on your future tasks.

Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about locating customers by their phone number concern you had yesterday. Was it resolved?
Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
