Is there a way to run a Class Quickreport and just get the total lines, not all the detail for each class?

Thanks for being part of the Online Community. I can help with running a Class quick report that will show the total lines.

Running a quick report is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. The good news is you can run the Transaction Detail by Account Report and customize it to show the Class.

To pull up the report:

1. Go to Reports on the left panel.
2. Enter Transaction Detail by Account in the search box.
3. Select the Report period, and click on the Customize button.
4. Click on Filter to expand, and mark the box for Class.
5. Select Run Report.

Next, let’s start with exporting the report to Excel. Check out this link for the detailed instructions: Export to Excel.

From there, modify the Class report and get the total lines.
