Is there a way to show Customer:Job that an expense is allocated towards when viewing the list of bills from any given vendor?

Allow me to answer your questions about customizing columns in QBO, morriscraig.

We're unable to add a Customer:Job column in the in the list of bills window. At the moment, these are the columns that you can add in that section:

• Class
• Location
• Memo
• Status
• Type
• Number
• Payee
• Category
• Due Date
• Balance
• Attachments

In the meantime, you can open each bill to see if the transaction was allocated to a customer or project. 

I also suggest sending feedback or feature request about this. Customer suggestions and feedback are reviewed by our engineers when working on new updates. The more feedback we receive about a specific feature, the more likely it will be implemented. 

Follow these steps on how to send them inside QBO:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Type in your feedback and suggestions about the advertisements in QBO.
3. Click Next to submit them.
