When running a transaction detail report the "Name" shows up on all lines that were entered even though only some of the lines actual have a "Name".

Transaction report:

Date	Num	Name	Memo	Account
3/31/2020	7-Mar	J&R Administration:799997 Accrual WI Non POC	3/15-3/31 Spark CC Transaction Accrual	77000.0 · Office Expense

Can a report be created to mirror the actual journal entry?

You can run the Transaction Detail by Account to show the data you need. Here's how:

Click the Reports menu at the top.
Select Accountant & Taxes.
Choose Transaction Detail by Account.
On the Report window, select Customize Report.
Go to the Filters tab and select the Account you'd want to show.
Hit OK.
