Lelanie when I did contol K my mouse went haywire I hit backspace and lost you

It sounds like you were using our QuickBooks Online support chat. However, this is the QuickBooks Community, which is a separate team. Fear not! We can get you back in the right place. 

If you log into your QuickBooks account, click the help icon in the top right corner, and hit "Contact us" that will connect you with the same team you had before. They may be able to connect you with Lelanie as well.
