My customer paid me 5 months in advance. I posted to his account. Where is his credit?

Customer credits and other transactions will show in the customer's transaction list, Carolyn_Child.

Here's how you can find them: 

1. Go to the Sales menu and proceed to the Customers tab.
2. Click the name of the customer.
3. Proceed to the Transaction List tab.
4. Look for the customer's advance payment in the list.
