Hi mattmcginley,

We'll figure out together why the QTY and RATE columns are not showing when printing invoices.

Let's double-check that we've included the said columns on the invoice template. Here's how:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Custom form styles.
  2. Locate the invoice template.
  3. Under ACTION, click Edit.
  4. Go to the Content tab, then click the edit (pencil) icon on the body (center) section.
  5. Tick the Quantity and Rate boxes.
  6. Click Done.

Before re-printing the invoices, make sure to use the template that you modified earlier. To verify, click Customize on the invoice transaction. From there, choose the template. Then, click anywhere on the page to close out the pop-up box.

Moreover, if you want to print multiple invoices, you can check this article: Email or print multiple sales forms in QuickBooks Online.

You can always post in the forum whenever you have printing issues.
