My invoices are being sent before I even send them help

Hi there, nsadig.

It's possible that these invoices were set up as recurring transactions that will be automatically emailed once created. Follow these steps on how to check:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Recurring Transactions.
2. Look for an invoice recurring template, and click the Edit link beside it.
3. Check the if the Automatically send emails box is selected.
4. If you can see that it's checked, you can uncheck it to stop QBO from automatically emailing your invoices.

If you don't have any recurring transactions, you can go to the Audit Log to check who sent the invoice. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
2. Click the Filter icon.
3. Select Show only these events, then check the Transactions box.
4. Click Apply.

Once done, look for the invoice and the user who sent the invoice is listed under the User column.
