I'll make to help you reconnect your bank, Audrey1970.

If your bank account has completely disconnected from QuickBooks Online, you can reconnect online banking by following these steps:

  1. Go to your bank's website and get into the login page.

  2. Copy the URL.

  3. Go to your QBO's banking page.

  4. Select Add Account and paste your bank's online banking URL (login page), press enter and try connecting again.

If the connection between QBO and the bank is interrupted, manually updating your bank account on the banking page helps refresh its connection and get those missing items. Here's how:

  1. Select the Banking menu and choose the Banking tab.
  2. Click to highlight the account you're updating, then select the Update button.

If the transactions still don't show, you can manually import them using our WebConnect feature and choose the date range for those that are missing. This is to avoid duplicates.

I've added links about assigning and reconciling an account in QBO:

Please keep me posted on how the steps work. I want to make sure this taken care of.
