New projects not showing up to add to bills

Yes, unlike QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online seems to have a lot of issues like this - where you add a new list record like a customer, job, account, or project and then it does not appear on lists where it should. The lists don't seem to update.

If you sign out and sign back in, then do the projects appear?
