no way to clean up UF on QBDT is there

Thank you for connecting with us here in the Community, Joby.  I've got some troubleshooting steps to help clean up your Undeposited Funds on QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account.

To verify it correctly, I'd like to know what you mean by "no way to clean up UF"? Did you receive an error when attempting to clean it up?

If so, you can verify and rebuild your data to scan your file for errors or data damage and fix common issues. 

Undeposited Funds can be cleaned up by depositing your payment transactions to the correct bank account. To do that, here's how:

1. Click the Banking menu, and select Make Deposits.

2. In the Payments to Deposit window, choose the payments you want to deposit. Then, click OK.

3. Select the account you want to put the deposit into from the Deposit To dropdown.

4. Enter the date you made the deposit at your bank and add a memo if necessary. Once completed, click  Save & Close.

After completing the process, you can use the Check or the Deposit Detail Report to show specific transactions and other transactions they are linked to, including an invoice and its payment.
