Not all my debits are showing up in banking. can i manually enter them?

Yes, you can manually add those debits that aren't showing on your bank. You can either add it by clicking the + New button or through the bank register. 

 

To add transaction via the + New button:

 

To add transaction directly to the register:

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Choose the account and click View register.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow below the Date column.

 

 

You can also manually upload them to the QBO account. Just go to your bank's website and follow the instructions on how to download them. I've listed our supported file formats below:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)

Once the data are downloaded, you can match and categorize them. Finally, begin to reconcile them. Here's an informative guide about reconciling in QBO.

 

With the instructions above, you're now able to have those debits added to your register in no time.
