On of my invoices is already paid and it doesn'd show that

I'm here to help record the invoice payment in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

Paid invoices will show as completed on the Invoices page. You'll want to manually mark it as paid to record the payment.

I'm glad to show you how:

1. Go to Invoices from the left navigation bar.
2. Locate the paid invoice.
3. Click the arrow under Action, then choose Mark as paid.
   

Once the payment is posted on your Transactions tab, you can then categorize it as your income.
