Let's start signing into your account using a private browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once the online bill pay functions, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to speed up the process next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. You can also use other compatible browsers.

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the Help (?) icon.
