Our company makes checks and sometimes cash payments. How can I change back to the regular paying options and not the new schedule your payment feature?

This feature is a new update in QuickBooks Online, and you're not able to change it to a regular payment option. However, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support to assist you to disable this feature. Let me walk you through the steps on how to reach our QuickBooks Support. Here's how:

1. Go to the Help icon.
2. On the bottom portion, click Contact Us.
3. Type your concern, and select the Let's talk button.
4. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.
5. Enter the information needed in the fields.
6. Click Send message or Confirm my call.
