Out of 4 account feeds I have on Bank and Credit cards, my operating account is not showing. In Chart of Accounts, there is no option to return it to that screen.

If the account itself is missing on the Banking page, it may be disconnected. You may need to connect the account to bring in your transactions. 

Connecting this account from your chart of accounts won't work if you're using credit card. If this is a bank account, you can perform the following steps:

1. Go to Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the account you want to connect.
3. Select the small arrow ▼ icon next to View register from the Action column.
4. Select Connect bank.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions.
