Question

QB did not process my paychecks for this week. Noone is paid - QB help says they're closed for a meeting. chat and call back option are not available!! Help...

My banker informed me that no direct deposits had come through for him and noone has their paychecks. I'm unable to get any help from quickbooks support. The phone system states they are off for a company meeting. They chat and call back options are also not available... How do I pay my employees? Is there a way to tell if the direct deposit will go through at some point?

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
