Qb se is not allowing preview email for invoices - it's hanging and won't resolve

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation about the invoices being stuck on the preview page upon sending them. Rest assured that our engineering team is working diligently on a fix so you can get back to business seamlessly.

In the meantime, you can contact our Customer Support Team to have your name added to the list of affected users and ensure that you receive email updates about the investigation's progress and get notified as soon as it's resolved. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
4. Lastly, choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.
