QBO where can I add/update subcontractors insurance dates so I can keep track

Hello, @dreyes1.

 

You can use the Other or Notes column in the Vendor Details to keep track of your insurance date. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Expenses tab in the upper left corner.
  2. Click the Vendor tab
  3. Select the contractor.
  4. Click Vendor Details and tap the Edit button.
  5. Enter the dates in Notes or Other columns.
  6. Hit Save.
