Sending an invoice with option to pay with paypal?

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to accept funds from your customers using PayPal as their mode of payment to online invoices. You're on the right track and it's best to let them know about the accepted payment methods in QuickBooks Online.

While the option is not yet available, I recommend letting our product developers know about this request by sending feedback. You can do so by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under PROFILE, select Feedback.
3. Enter a few describing how accepting this mode of payment can help your business tracking and reporting needs.
4. Select Next.
5. Click Skip and send message.

You need a 3rd party app to offer PayPal as one of your payment options on an invoice. Your client will have options to pay your invoice by QB Payment, PayPal, and other available options.
