I hope you're doing fine today, hopeful_sis.

Can you share with me the exact pop-up message? It could be that the pop-up is designed to guide and suggest to you how to optimize your QBO experience.

If you mean the pop-up is covering the Save button, which leads us not to save a transaction in QuickBooks, let me share with you the other way on how we can save them. Follow the shortcut keys below. Here's how:

  • Ctrl + Alt + S= Save & New
  • Ctrl + Alt + M= Save & Send

This way, we'll be able to record them successfully in your book. Though, we can also try using the incognito window to see if the pop-up is still visible. To do it, please follow the steps below:

  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift + P
  • Google ChromeCtrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command Shift +N

If the same thing happens, delete your browser history.  It helps QuickBooks to respond properly and to avoid getting unnecessary things. One more thing that we can try on is using our supported, up-to-date browser. It'll also help QuickBooks to perform efficiently.

If you would like to speed up your navigation within QuickBooks Online, you can take a look at this article and follow the shortcut keys.
