I've got you covered, @Borhan.

When integrating Shopify with QuickBooks Online (QBO) it'll automatically import your sales, order details, and inventory into your account. The way they are reported depends on the third-party provider. Thus, it would be best to contact Shopify technical support. That way, they can perform further investigation and help correct the transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Apps on the left side menu.
  2. Search your app in the My apps section and click it to open.
  3. Tick the Action drop-down and choose Support.

If there are no similar reported issues on their end, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Customer Specialist
