The description on invoice shows on screen, but will not print

I hope your day is going great so far. I can help you determine what's causing an issue with your invoice not printing a description on the form.

Let's check your default invoice form. This could be one of the reasons why the description isn't showing on an invoice.

1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Under "Your Company," select Custom Form Styles.
3. Click on the for that says "Invoice Default" under Form Type.
4. Press the Content section.
5. Hit the Edit (Pencil) icon in the section you'd like to make changes.
6. Checkmark the box beside of Description.

Now, try to print the invoice again.
