The Quickbooks app for mac always downloads attachments/images. Even in the receipts module when it should be previewing the document in the window. makes it unusable.

If you're able to verify that the requirements are met, we can start clearing the cache in your QuickBooks app to refresh the connection.

Here's how to do it:

1. Click Help.
2. Choose Reset App Data.
