There is a $7000 charge that has not yet hit my bank account what can I do to speed up the process

To clarify, what type of charge are you referring to? Are you referring to a Merchant Services charge? If so, you can check out your deposit speed to show your deposit schedule. I've included the steps below to access that. 

1. Click the Gear icon. 
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Select the Payments tab. 
4. Review the Deposit Speed section to show your deposit schedule. 

Please note: Payments processed by 3 pm PT will deposit to your account in 2 business days. Payments processed after 3 pm PT will be counted with the next day's payments. For example, if you processed a payment on Monday before 3 pm PT, your funds will be in your account on Wednesday.
