Welcome to the Community, mario19. Let me help you sort this out.

When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like latency issues. As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.

If you're still getting the same result, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps. You can use these shortcut keys depending on the browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Once signed in, go back and get your information from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to remove the browser's history. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

In case you need help with recording the tax payment in QBSE, you can read through this article: Pay federal estimated quarterly taxes in QuickBooks Self-Employed. On the same link, you'll find steps on how to pay your taxes via mail.

Additionally, you can read through this article: Do you need to pay quarterly taxes? What you need to know. You'll find more information about the penalties for non or late payments as well as other things to consider when paying it.

You can always get back to me if you have any other concerns or have follow-up questions about QuickBooks. I'm always here to provide further guidance. Have a nice day.

Hi, mario19.

Hope you're doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the spinning circle you had yesterday. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I'd be happy to help you at anytime.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!

I had the same problem today, no clearing of cache or different browser would help.  While I was on the phone with tech support, I hit the "back" button on the browser, and suddenly my info was there!  Not sure if that will help in your situation, but worth a try.  So while on the page with the spinning circle, hit the "back" arrow. Support didn't know why it worked, but it did. Fingers crossed!
