Hi, TCO3.

Glad to have you in the QuickBooks Community. I hope that you're enjoying your Wednesday so far. I recommend clearing the cache from your browser. Web browsers collect cache(cookies) to save you time when loading repetitive data and images. These files can often become outdated or corrupted, causing issues like the one you're experiencing below I've included links for all supported browsers that contain steps for clearing cache.

Once the cache is cleared, close your web browser and restart it. Sign back into QuickBooks to see a fresh copy of the data.

You can always reach out to the Community or me anytime you find you have any questions or concerns. I'll be here to lend a helping hand at any time. Have a great day!
