Trying to save and send an estimate and if I click any of these "save", "save and close", "save and send" nothing happens. What could be wrong?

Unexpected behavior in the product is a common result of outdated internet files that need to be cleared. We can start by using a private window to determine if the issue is related to the browser that's being used.

Here’s how:
•    Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
•    Command + Shift + N (Safari)
•    Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
•    Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)

If it works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to fix the issue. Here’s an article that will guide you through the process: Delete or Disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser.

By clearing these files, QuickBooks will load a new version of everything and will likely restore the ability to save and send estimates.
