Trying to wright a check to vendor but as I go to Schedule payment it keeps coming up pay bill on line service, I don't want that service I just want to wright a check

If you've set up the schedule payment feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I recommend contacting our Online Bill Pay support to disable this feature and get rid of the prompt message for online services.
