Hello @sammysouthardgre,

Welcome to the Community. Let me help you find the invoice in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I recommend you set the Status and Date filter to All. This way, the system will populate all the transactions that you enter in the system.

Here's how:

  1. Select Invoices from the sidebar menu.
  2. Choose All from the Status drop-down menu.
  3. Select All from the Date drop-down menu.
  4. Locate the invoice.
  5. You can also enter the customer name in the search bar to find the invoice.

If you're still unable to locate the invoice, I recommend you recreate it. In case you need the steps, here's how:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Invoices.
  2. Press Create invoice in the upper-right corner.
  3. Enter the necessary information.
  4. Select Save.

You can also check this article for more details about how you can customize invoices in QuickBooks: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Please know that I'm just a post away if you have any other questions. Take care.
