Under my expense tab, it says 'schedule a payment' not 'make a payment' but I write checks and prefer the 'Make a payment' option, can I switch it back to make a payment?

Let me route you to the best support available so this gets sorted out. I recommend reaching to our Online Bill Pay Support to assist you further with the scheduled payment feature.

However, if you're looking for the Make Payment option, you can click the arrow symbol next to the Schedule Payment and choose the Mark as paid. The Make payment option has been changed to Mark as paid.
