We recently upgraded to Enterprise Desktop on a hosted environment.

We resently upgraded to Enterprise Desktop on a hosted environment. It wont let me drag and drop pdf files from my email or network anymore and it won't let me print to an excel file or send excel files. Help.

The reason may be due to your hosting network getting disconnected, Sid7.


To connect your PC network back to the host computer, I recommend contacting your IT professional to assist you in review your set-up. 

 

If you have other hosting providers, its best to contact them. Your hosting service provider can help you with hosting setup and installation, troubleshooting hosting issues, and other basic technical support needs.
