We try to follow quickbooks help for making and adding tips on invoice but when clicking the tip box my team or just me does not appear! Please advise???

Welcome aboard to the Community. Thanks for sharing to us the result of the steps you’ve performed to add the Tips feature.

The My Team and Just me menus will only show if it’s your first time activating the Tips option. However, if you haven’t turned it on, let’s perform this process using the incognito mode or private window.

This is to isolate if the issue is browser-related. Follow the shortcut keys to access this type of session.

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome.
• Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox or Internet Explorer.
• Press Command + Shift +N for Safari.

If you’re able to see the My Team and Just me menus via private browsing, switch back to the regular browser to refresh the cache. This process is just emptying the cache, so the next time you display a webpage, everything must be downloaded anew.
