What happens if I closed an account that I had a pending ACH withdrawal on? Can I update the account or cancel the ACH?

Pulling a deposit from an external bank account into QuickBooks Checking. I prematurely closed the external bank account before the transaction completed.

I'd recommend reaching out to our Merchant Services Team so they can take a closer look at this issue. They're equipped with tools to check the pending ACH withdrawal and how to handle this.

Here's how to reach them:

Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
Look for I still need a human and click on it.
Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.

Hello, thanks for the reply. Your response looks like it’s related to the Merchant payments. I am talking about moving money between my QuickBooks Checking account and an external bank account. Is there a support group that handles that specifically? Thanks!
