What is the easy way of accepting partial deliveries from a purchase order?

You’ll want to Add the purchase order to the bill and manually input the partial quantity delivered.

Here’s how:

1. Once you have created a purchase order, create a Bill.
2. Enter the vendor’s name.
3. On the right-hand side, a Add to Bill side bar would appear. 
4. Link the purchase order to the bill and then modify the number of quantities being delivered.
5. Click Save and close.
