When I preview an invoice, it show "memo" that does not show up on any of my invoice templates created in "Custom Form Styles". Where else could that be listed?

Hello there, bobby22. We can troubleshoot this one.

Just to confirm, do you mean a Memo field is showing when previewing an invoice? If so, we can start refreshing your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard since you didn't create this one.

Log in to your account through an incognito window. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

If there's no memo appears, let's clear the cache of your main browser. This helps the program to work efficiently. Also, you can use other compatible browsers. Check this article for more details: System Requirements For QBO

Hi,

Thank you for checking, no that didn't work either.  We still have not been able to figure it out.
