When I preview my invoice, the line items are ordered by date rather than the number of the item. How can I change it to the order that I intend to display as I see it?

When printing an invoice, the Service Date column comes first before the Product/Service column. This is the default arrangement of the columns in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

However, we have the option to remove the Date column so that your invoice is ordered by product/ service items.

Here's how:

1. Open the invoice.
2. Click the Gear icon beside the Help menu.
3. Under Optional Columns, uncheck the Date field.
4. Tap the Print or Preview tab and choose Print or Preview.
5. Then, you'll the line items are ordered by product. service items under the Activity column.
