Welcome to the Community, @chazo1.

Let me help you fix the alignment when printing invoices in QuickBooks Online.

When printing transactions, the output usually depends on the alignment settings and the browser that you use. Since the steps to resolve are different for each browser, I recommend visiting this link about printing sales forms: Print sales forms.

Also, please increase the resolution from your print settings to ensure the result is clear and not fuzzy. In case you need the steps, here's how:

  1. Open the sales form you want to print.
  2. Select Print.
  3. Once the preview screen opens, select the Printer icon.
  4. Within the printer dialog box choose Properties.
  5. Select Advanced. (It may be a button or a tab depending on the version of Windows you are using.)
  6. Increase the resolution (for example, to 600 x 600).
  7. If there is a Dithering option, select Fine.

If the problem persists, you can proceed with updating or repairing Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest version. It usually resolves printing issues in QuickBooks.

For additional reference, I've attached some articles you can use to learn more about how to fix printing issues in the product:
