When setting up my tax profile in Quickbooks Self-Employed, the form field is auto populated with a dollar sign and does not allow me to enter a number. The actual number is not a dollar amount. Is there a workaround?

Though cache boosts browser's background processes, it can also cause issues when piled up. We can do a few troubleshooting steps to get rid of any cache-related issues:

1. Open a private browser and log in your QBSE account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
2. If you can enter the amount, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
3. We can also use other supported browsers as alternatives. Each of the browsers stores different cache.
