When we send invoices out, our clients can only pay up to $49,999.99. We need them to be able to pay the entire bill through the link. How can we fix this?

There may be a deposit limit, that's why your client wasn't able to pay the whole amount. You can discuss this with the merchant services. They'll be the ones to increase the amount of the limit in your QuickBooks Payment account.
