When you use Automatic invoice reminders, is everyone CC'd from the original invoice email? If not, how can we make sure that everyone CC'd also gets the reminder?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), if you've created a recurring invoice transaction for a specific customer and then added the email addresses in the CC field, know that they'll also receive the automatic invoice reminder you've set inside the account.

To check if they've received what you've emailed, go to the Sales tab and then visit the All Sales section. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Sales tab.
3. Click the All sales section, and then locate the invoice.
4. In the Status column, check if it's Sent or Viewed.
