Hello @addiggs,

Welcome to the Community. I'd be glad to assist you with locating your QuickBooks Customer Account Number.

You can locate this number from within your QuickBooks Online account with the following steps:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Selecting Account and Settings.
  3. Click Billing & Subscription on the left.
  4. The Company ID/Customer Account Number will be at the top in green.

For additional information on this, I'm including an article with additional insight, such as keyboard shortcuts: How Do I Find My Company ID?

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions. Cheering you to a productive year ahead.

Hello there, @JKlenn.

Are you trying to locate the Product and License number? If so, we can see that in the Product Information by pressing F2 on your keyboard. Otherwise, you can log in to the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) to look for your account information.

Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: https://camps.intuit.com/.
  2. Enter your Email/User ID.
  3. Click a product or go to the Products and Services section.
  4. Select Details to see your license or subscription number.

Additionally, you can check your inbox for email confirmations and notifications from us. Your account information is included in the email.

I've added this article about Intuit accounts for additional details: Manage your Intuit Account online.

I'd be glad to help more if you need further assistance with your account. We're always here to guide you anytime.
