Why is it so ***** hard to close my account. Been trying since MARCH!!!!!!!!!!

To cancel your subscription, follow this steps: 

1. Login to your QBSE account using this link https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login. 
2. Click the Gear icon on the upper right hand. 
3. Select Billing Info and then Cancel subscription.
