While we’re sorry to see you go. We can help with cancelling your Self-Employeed account. Just follow these steps:

• Cancel on a web browser

1. Open QuickBooks Self-Employed.
2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Billing Info.
3. Select Cancel now, then enter your feedback when prompted.
4. Select Cancel subscription. If you changed your mind, you can select Keep your subscription.

• Cancel on iOS (iPhone or iPad)

1. Sign in to QuickBooks.
2. Tap the Profile icon, then Settings.
3. Tap Subscription, then Cancel or manage your subscription here.

• Cancel on Android

1. Sign in to QuickBooks.
2. Tap the Profile icon, then Subscription.
3. Tap Cancel or manage your subscription here.
