How do i track estimates to invoices

Yes, QuickBooks Online(QBO) efficiently tracks and displays all invoices generated from a single estimate. You can track progress from estimates to invoices, by going to customer's profile page.

Here's how:

1. Go to All apps and hover over Customer Hub.
2. Click on Customer & leads.
3. Search for and select the specific customer, then find the estimate in their transaction list.
4. Click the Estimate to check whether an invoice was created from it.

If you would like a broader view of all estimates, you can generate a progress invoice report. Keep in mind that this provides a summary of each estimate, its current status, and the amount converted into invoices. You can easily view a related invoice by clicking directly on its estimate.
