Has anyone else had the issue where legitimate bank transactions that appear in the bank register, do not appear in listed transactions on "Reconcile" screen?

Possible reasons why transactions are missing from the Reconciliation page include being accidentally marked as reconciled in a previous period or excluded by a date range filter. To rule this out, you can review your bank register to check whether the transactions are marked as reconciled as they won't show up in the list.

Here’s how:
 

1. Go to Accounting and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Locate your bank account and click View register.
3. Locate the missing transaction and check the status column.
4. If it shows R , click on it to change it to C, then click Save.

Next, verify that your Reconciliation screen isn't hiding transactions. Click the Funnel icon to set the filter. If a transaction’s date falls outside that range, it won’t show up even though it’s still recorded in your books.
