Hi, just swapped all accounts from Sage - where in QB can i make all notes regarding credit control please?

The only features available on QuickBooks for credit control at the moment are reminders - when an invoice is overdue, you will be given the option to send a reminder (you can set up the message that gets sent out under Account & Settings, and Sales), and statements. QuickBooks will show you an overview of how much of your current invoices are overdue when looking at the Invoice page, and you will be able to see any overdue balance due from specific customers when clicking on their name.

If you need any further credit control features, you may be able to find some options through a third party app. Please find attached a link to our app store:https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home
