My footer does not appear when invoice is printed. Support are not able to resolve. Does anyone have any ideas?

You've come to the right place. I'm here with some insight to provide regarding the footer issue when you print invoices.

We have received reports from other QuickBooks users when priinting invoices. Rest assured, our engineers have been notified about this issue and are working diligently to fix this as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, it has been identified that closing the preview and opening it again a few times may resolve the issue. That being said, I'd recommend that you try it out and check if the footer will appear.

Lastly, I'd also encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care Team so we can add you to the notification list. This way, we'll be able to notify you once the issue has been resolved.
