Intuit talks about cloud accounting in Hong Kong

0 min read

Intuit recently organized a VIP event for over 50 leading accountants in Hong Kong, during which senior leaders and accountant partners offered their perspectives on the changing landscape of small business accounting in Hong Kong.

Jim McGinnis, Vice President of Accountants and Advisors Group, together with Brad Paterson, Vice President & Managing Director of Asia-Pacific, discussed the opportunity to work with Hong Kong accountants to support the rapid adoption of cloud solutions by Hong Kong small business owners. Brad commented, “Hong Kong is one of the most advanced economies in Asia, so what industry professionals say here matters, as it points to coming trends in other parts of the region. The growing success of QuickBooks Online, the cloud-based version of Intuit QuickBooks accounting software, clearly illustrates that eventually, all accounting will be done in the cloud.”
